The aircraft pulsating assembly line was originally derived from Ford's mobile automobile production line. It designs each process in the aircraft assembly process, perfects the staffing and process process, and distributes the assembly process evenly to the corresponding operation station, so that the aircraft moves in pulses at the station with the inherent beat, and the operator has to complete the aircraft production and assembly work at the fixed station. Pulsating assembly production line can also set buffer time, which does not require high production rhythm. When there is a problem in a certain link of production, the whole production line can not move or leave it to the next station to solve it. When the assembly work of the aircraft is completed, the production line will pulse once. The whole production line consists of four parts: pulsating main body, logistics supply system, visual management system and technical support.
